GET a GIG GmbH (“gigmit”) operates, οn its website www.gigmit.com, an online portal (“gigmit.com”) for live music professionals to book and manage their events simply. gigmit doesn’t just make live music better; when interacting with gigmit.com, you will experience a high quality personalised user interface that focuses on you and your individual needs. In order to achieve this, we request business-specific information at the right place and the right time. We cannot do this, however, without asking for some personal data. To ensure that we can provide our services on gigmit.com effectively, and to allow us to fulfill our contractual obligations towards you, we have to request, process and use your personal data at various stages.
